April 7, 1903: A possible F3 tornado moved through portions of White and Cleburne Counties in Arkansas. A man was killed in his home near Rosebud. North of Pangburn, 43 homes were destroyed. Six people were killed in one home and two in another.

Twister From The 2000s

On this day in 2006, an F3 tornado tracked for 15 miles across Dickson and Cheatham Counties in Tennessee. Several homes and trailers were demolished and dozens of others were damaged. Source.

On this day in 1926, a lightning strike sparked a massive oil fire at San Louis Obispo, CA. The fire destroyed over 6 million gallons of oil and spread to over 900 acres as it raged on for five days. The fire spun up many fire-tornadoes, one of which leveled a farmhouse killing two people.  Source
