This summary will review the most deadly tornado of the Palm Sunday Outbreak of March 27, 1994 (and the deadliest for 1994). An F4 moved 50 miles through St. Clair, Calhoun and Cherokee Counties in Alabama and lifted just over the Georgia state line in Floyd County.
Per the SPC database, 17 tornadoes occurred on March 26, 1976. Two were rated F4 (1 in OK, 1 in MS). At 328pm CT, a tornado that would be rated officially F5 traveled 11.9 miles through parts of LeFlore County, OK. There were 64 injuries and 2 fatalities reported. Tremendous damage occurred in and around the town of Spiro.
A tornado, given a rating of F4, traveled 12.1 miles through parts of Texas County, MO on this day in 1954. The max width was 100 yards. This is the only F4 on record for March 25 (1950-2016).

This summary looks at a tornado that zipped through parts of Robertson and Sumner Counties in Tennessee. It moved ESE from east of Orlinda to Fountain Head. Approximately 500 buildings were hit with a varying degree of damage.
