Felton, DE F2 Tornado – January 27, 1967: Per the Storm Data Publication, this was the first tornado to hit Delaware during the winter months (December through February). The twister moved to the northeast for only 1/2 mile. Four houses were destroyed. Read the full summary here

January 27, 2021: An EF1 tornado tracked for 21 miles across Leon County, FL. Damage was primarily confined to sporadically snapped or uprooted trees; however, at the Tallahassee International Airport, a 737 was moved, and a small plane was overturned. Source
