July 14, 1893: Two men were killed at a sawmill on the south edge of Stillwater, MN. All buildings at the sawmill and brickyard were destroyed. Six people were injured. Grazulis rated this tornado F2.

On this day in 2021 an EF3 tornado hit Lake City, IA. EF2 damage occurred in town; it briefly reached EF3 intensity outside of town, where a home had its second story destroyed. Source.

On the evening of July 14 into the morning of July 15, 1995, the “Ontario-Adirondacks Derecho” blasted across Ontario and into New England. It caused $500,000,000 in damage, killed seven people, and injured several others. Source

A strong EF2 tornado passes by the town of Waverly, Iowa during the afternoon of July 14, 2021. Numerous farmsteads were impacted, with several homes sustaining damage and numerous outbuildings being destroyed. Several high voltage power lines were also toppled.
