A quick-hitting F1 tornado was confirmed on February 9, 1990 in Madison County, MS.  One person was killed and 4 injured in a mobile home destroyed 7 miles east of Canton.  A frame home had roof damage.  Numerous trees were blown down with a few trees falling on homes.
