Grazulis documents another significant tornado in Oklahoma on this day in 1905! It moved 3 miles across portions of Kiowa and Washita Counties. At least 9 homes were destroyed along the northern part of Mountain View. 10 other homes were damaged. There were 8 fatalities and 16 injuries. Rating given: F3
On November 4, 2013, an EF0 waterspout tracked for 0.75 miles across Flathead Lake, MT. At times it took on a multiple vortex structure, and the funnel dissipated before reaching the shoreline. Source.

November 4, 1985: The remnants of Hurricane Juan triggered “The Election Day Flood” across the Mid-Atlantic. Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia were particularly hard hit. Over 3,000 homes were destroyed in both Virginia and Pennsylvania, and over 13,000 were destroyed in West Virginia. There was over $1.4 billion in damage, and sadly 62 people lost their lives.
