Connect with Tornado Talk

There are many ways to connect with Tornado Talk and the Virtual Tornado Memorial — whether you want to follow our work, learn more about the project, get involved in the research, or help support the mission.

Virtual Tornado Memorial

Tornado Talk created the Virtual Tornado Memorial to identify and document the more than 22,000 people who have lost their lives in tornadoes across the United States.
At the heart of the project are the people behind the statistics — their names, their families, their communities, and their stories.

Get Involved

The Virtual Tornado Memorial is growing through the help of students, volunteers, historians, genealogists, families, and local researchers.
If you are interested in helping with research, have information about a tornado victim or historic event, or would like to connect with the project, we would love to hear from you.
