Not a lot of information to be found on this small tornado from 1989.  Per the Storm Data entry, the tornado skipped about 14 miles through parts of Fremont County between Thurman and Randolph.  The summary states that an RV was blown off of I-29 and 3 people were injured.  There were destroyed grain bins near Thurman and an overturned mobile home east of town.  The tornado lifted before reaching Randolph.

I have plotted the official track from the SPC below.  I believe the starting point is incorrect.  It should be further north and west to give us a starting point west of Thurman and closer to I-29 to account for the RV incident.
